House Rules
- By purchasing a cinema ticket, patrons agree to abide by these House Rules.
- A copy of these House Rules is available on the cinema premises and on the cinema's website.
- The recording of images or sound is strictly prohibited on cinema premises. Violation of this rule may result in civil and/or criminal legal action.
- The cinema does not accept responsibility for the content of advertisements, trailers, or films shown.
- The cinema reserves the right to alter the programme schedule.
- All services on cinema premises are used at the patron's own risk.
- Reserved but uncollected tickets will be cancelled no later than 25 minutes before the scheduled start of the screening.
- Reserved tickets can only be collected from the cinema box office.
- Complaints (e.g., for tickets issued for an incorrect time) cannot be accepted once patrons have left the box office.
- Discounted tickets can only be issued upon presentation of valid proof of eligibility (e.g., student ID, loyalty card).
- Only food and drink purchased from the cinema's concessions counter may be consumed on the premises.
- In the event of a cancelled screening, the cost of items purchased from the concessions counter cannot be refunded.
- A ticket must be purchased for all patrons attending cinema screenings (e.g., police officers, military personnel, journalists, children over the age of two).
- For tickets purchased in person, refunds can be issued up until the scheduled start time of the film.
- For online ticket purchases, please always check the film title, date, and screening start time. After an online purchase, our system will automatically send a confirmation email. Please verify your email details. If you find any discrepancies, please contact our customer service using the provided contact information.
- For online ticket purchases, tickets can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the screening. In case of cancellation, the ticket price will be refunded within 30 days, or exchanged for a different screening chosen by the patron, subject to any price difference.
- For tickets purchased through the online ticketing system, the rules regarding the right of withdrawal set forth in the Online Ticketing Terms and Conditions shall apply: The cinema visitor may not exercise their right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 29 (1) (a) and (l) of Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.), given that the film screening comprising the subject matter of the contract expressly constitutes a service related to leisure activities, which exclusively pertains to a film screening to be held at a specific time (date of performance) selected by the Viewer and confirmed by the Service Provider.
- If a screening is cancelled or interrupted due to technical reasons, purchased tickets will be refunded at the box office or exchanged for a different screening chosen by the patron.
- We cannot accept liability if a film starts late and this results in additional costs for the patron (e.g., parking fees or travel expenses).
- We reserve the right not to accept prize tickets (or complimentary tickets) for certain screenings.
- Bringing items onto cinema premises that could pose a safety risk or disturb other patrons (e.g., flags, laser pointers) is prohibited.
- Cinema staff have the right to remove individuals from the premises who are behaving inappropriately or disturbing the enjoyment of others.
- Any person found damaging cinema property will be reported to the police.
- The cinema accepts no responsibility for personal valuables brought onto the premises.
- Footage from the CCTV system on the premises may be retained by the cinema. It will only be disclosed to authorities upon official request as part of legal proceedings.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire cinema premises.
- Animals are not permitted on cinema premises, with the exception of registered assistance dogs.
- The cinema cannot be held responsible for any harm or distress caused to a patron by another patron.
- For all matters not covered by these House Rules, the provisions of current applicable legislation shall apply.
